Route-template-groups elements

Name#

name - Required field. Indicates the name of the route template.

Flags#

flags - Route template specifics.
keepAssignment - Whether the original assignee should be kept in the route template. Default: false
recognitionSettings - Not sure what this is. Default: true

Schedule#

schedule - How the route template should be scheduled.
schedulePattern - Establishes the schedule pattern of the route template-
freq - The scheduling frequency. Enum: "WEEKLY", "MONTHLY"
interval - The interval between each frequency iteration. Default: 1
bymonthday - If given, it must be either an integer or an array of integers, meaning the month days to apply the recurrence to. Use a negative number for days from the end of the month
byweekday - Items Enum: "MO", "TU", "WE", "TH", "FR", "SA", "SU". When given, these variables will define the weekdays where the recurrence will be applied
dtstart - Start date and timestamp eg "2025-11-09T00:00:00.000Z
until - End date and timestamp eg 2025-11-14T00:00:00.000Z
